Vegan Breakfast/This Week’s CSA Bounty

kiwi, apples, braising greens, salad mix, 2 bunches of carrots, 2 bunches of collard greens, rainbow swiss chard, eggplant, fingerling potatoes and a mango

I immediately plucked out the rainbow swiss chard, an apple and a mango

Juiced the Rainbow and apple and added to mango, frozen banana, almonds, agave and a bit of vanilla. Green Smoothie time for The Boy.

I also made myself a quick green juice… Swiss Chard and Rio Red Grapefruit. And LASTLY I juice a lemon and a bit of ginger, added to 30 ounces of water and two big pinches of cayenne pepper. Breakfast of champions.
