1 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
6 cups of purified water
7 pitted dates
Load it all into a high powered blender. I use a Vitamix. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until it looks pretty smooth and uniform. I don’t strain it. Don’t think it really needs it… But feel free to strain through cheese cloth if semi-thick/frothy isn’t your thing.
I use the hemp milk in smoothies, coffee or tea, oat bran or with Granola. Also not a bad thing to drink a cup of it if you know you’re gonna be running errands or something. Keeps me from eating junk in the streets! Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®
